So I walk in expecting to do my taxes and the female assisting me refuses to do my taxes because I didn't bring in one certain document ...I never had this issue at other h&R block locations very rude and unprofessional .... Telling certain tax document numbers like if I was supposed to know what they ment and when I asked what they ment that person was very hesitant to tell me what they ment .. very very unprofessional
